The Secret Life of Plants

I started to teach "Tree-Gong" since year 2000.
One year into teaching "Tree-Gong", in my meditation, i had a prompting to find scientific backing for what i was teaching with the notion that i will be asked for scientific proof. Without knowing the name of the author, book title or ISBN number, but using the guidance of my intuition, i went to Boarders and within a few minutes found this book "The Secret Life of Plants". Since then i was interviewed for life style magazines and newspaper featured articles. If you are interested to know more about the facinating world of plants and how they interact with humans, do get yourself a copy.

How to Attract What You Want in 2009

Hi everyone,
As all segments of society including Fung Shui masters have predicted a bad 2009, i wish to draw your attention to where you have the power to choose to focus your attention and energies this year.

Just to share with you - be conscious not to use words such as "hope", "try", "wish" etc.
as these will be programed into our subconscious mind that we may not receive what we wish for.

The Universe awaits for our definate decision that we know what we want and our subconscious mind starts to attract what we really want as brain waves are frequencies braodcast into the Universe.

Our emotions are the amplifiers of our thought frequencies and thus enhances our subconscious mind.

We are in an era of higher consciousness where we can "Co-Create" with Oneness rather than unlike before where we have to ask in hope that we deserve to receive.

Also be in the Alpha or Theta state of brain wave when you pray as the Beta brain wave is only "Wishful Thinking" and the Universe does not interfere because humans have the power of choice and there is no communication connection made at Beta brain wave.

Believe in your heart that its going to be a good year for you and it will happen.
This is done by consolidating your energy only in the outcome that you want and your intuition will guide you to the right people, things, events, timing in accordance to the Universal Good for All etc to create the outcome.

Remember that you are a dynamic soul that is made in the image of the Oneness and therefore are able to Co-Create.
Know what you want, focus on the end result you want and your believe is the amplifier to attract.

Remember that within the Polarity, there is also the eye of opportunity within the body of the black tadpole.
Therefore focus on the opportunity and not the adversities which the average person is trained to only see pesimisism.

Use this knowledge until it becomes part of your habit and you will have a good year ahead.

"Life Force" - The Missing Vital Factor in Processed Food

(This is Thomas's Actual Energy Field by Scientific Photography).
“Life Force” – The Missing Vital Factor in Processed Food.

Impoverished soils of modern agribusiness increase the problem of bad diets as they fail to contain adequate supplies of essential nutrients.

Stresses and modern lifestyles may produce a greater need for certain nutrients as well as a decreased capacity for the digestive tract to absorb them.

Fruits, vegetables and natural sources of nutrients from nature contain millions of substances besides the identified vitamins and minerals. Perhaps some of these provide additional benefits beyond the bare sustenance of life itself, benefits that refined, processed vitamins and minerals can’t duplicate such as the ionic size these minerals come in.

Purified vitamins and minerals are not natural. When foods are processed and refined, they are no longer foods; they are chemicals and not natural products.

The only natural vitamins and minerals come from raw, unprocessed or unrefined foods as they still contain the whole food and life force.

Modern food processes remove the essential life force that plays a vital role in the sustenance of life.
Imagine a battery that is devoid of the electrolyte which is the most essential component that provides the power. Without which the battery is as good as just matter without energy.

The most potent sources of life force are found in volcanic rock dust, glacial rock dust and Himalayan Crystal Salt.

Now that we know, its time to make the right choices on food and lifestyle to maintain and possibly increase our life force for better health.

It is also time for collective efforts to help mother nature heal from decards of over cultivation through waste and pollution. It all starts with everyone playing their own role in the conservation process.

Mineral Deficiency Info Quoted from Various Resources

Mineral Deficiency Info Quoted from Various Resources
(Quoted for educational research purpose only. Please refer to the respective sites for more info.)

1) Quote from Beta Info: Mineral Deficiencies and Disease

"The most startling fact is that foods that consist of our main dietary foods, i.e. fruits, vegetables and grains, are being grown on land that is depleted of the essential minerals needed to maintain proper health. A vast majority of the American population is "minerally starved." No wonder we are seeing such a large increase in disease. Americans are eating more but consuming less! "

"The Senate Report
Is this new news? How long has the government, the medical and food community known about this serious issue? For decades now mineral content in a large part of America’s farming land is seriously deficient in vital trace elements. This issue, as it regards to personal health, has been known since 1936! The situation is so serious that the United States senate in 1936, 74th Congress, 2nd Session warned the American people of major mineral depletion due to "modern" farming methods.

The Senate Report was based on a study conducted by Dr. Charles Northern. It was further supported by research completed at Yale, Rutgers, John Hopkins, Columbia and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Dr. Northern demonstrated "that countless human ills stem from the fact that impoverished soil of America no longer provides plant foods with mineral elements essential to human nourishment and health."

Other excerpts from this eye opening report;
"Our physical well-being is more directly dependent upon minerals we take into our systems than upon calories or vitamins, or upon precise proportions of starch, protein or carbohydrates we consume."

"Do you know that most of us today are suffering from certain dangerous diet deficiencies which cannot be remedied until depleted soils from which our food comes are brought into proper mineral balance?"

"Laboratory test prove that the fruits, the vegetables, the grains, the eggs, and even the milk and the meats of today are not what they were a few generations ago"

""It is not commonly realized, however, that vitamins control the body’s appropriation of minerals, and in the absence of minerals they have no function to perform. Lacking vitamins, the system can make some use of minerals, but lacking minerals, vitamins are useless."

Has anything changes since 1936?
Has modern technology solved this decades old problem?

The 1992 Earth Summit Report documents declining mineral values in farm and range soils over past 100 years: North America 85% South America 76% Europe 72% Asia 76% Africa 74% Australia 55%. North America is leading the pack for the worst mineral depletion!

Organic versus Commercial Foods
Is the mineral deficiency issue confined to just commercial farming? Foods grown organically do produce a higher amount of the essential minerals required to maintain proper bodily function.

However the cost associated with a organic diet can range anywhere from 20 to 100% more then standard commercially grown foods.

Also, the lowering of the organic food standard in recent years calls into question the actual mineral content of present organics. "

Nutrient Deficiency Diseases - Early Vitamin Deficiency Diseases, Scurvy, Beriberi, Pellagra, Rickets, Other Vitamin Deficiency Diseases - Mineral deficiency diseases
Nutrient deficiency diseases occur when there is an absence of nutrients which are essential for growth and health. Lack of food leading to either malnutrition or starvation gives rise to these diseases. Another cause for a deficiency disease may be due to a structural or biological imbalance in the individual's metabolic system.

There are more than 50 known nutrients in food. Nutrients enable body tissues to grow and maintain themselves. They contribute to the energy requirements of the individual organism and they regulate the processes of the body. Carbohydrates, fats, and proteins provide the body with energy. The energy producing component of food is measured in calories. Aside from the water and fiber content of food, which are also important for their role in nutrition, the nutrients that serve functions other than energy production can be classified into four different groups: vitamins, fats, proteins, and minerals. All are necessary for proper body function and survival.

There are about 25 mineral elements in the body usually appearing in the form of simple salts. Those which appear in large amounts are called macro minerals while those that are in small or trace amounts are micro minerals. Some that are essential are calcium, phosphorous, cobalt, copper, fluorine, iodine, iron, sodium, chromium, and tin. Aluminum, lead, and mercury are not as essential.

Mineral Deficiency
The body needs various minerals for health. Inadequate diet can lead to mineral deficiency, or at least to insufficient minerals. Some of the more common deficiencies are iron deficiency, iodine deficiency, and calcium deficiency. Iron is needed by the blood and iron deficiency leads to anemia and various other symptoms. Iodine deficiency leads to goitre, but is less common in industrialized nations due to the addition of iodine to table salt. The body needs calcium for bones and other purposes. Calcium deficiency or at least an inadequate intake of calcium can be implicated in osteoporosis and other diseases.

Common Misdiagnosis of Mineral Deficiency
Vitamin B12 deficiency under-diagnosed: The condition of Vitamin B12 deficiency is a possible misdiagnosis of various conditions, such as multiple sclerosis (see symptoms of multiple sclerosis). See symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency or misdiagnosis of multiple sclerosis.

"Sea-Gong" is the Art of Sea Energy Awareness

“Sea-Gong” is the Art of Sea Energy Awareness.

Be one with the Sea for Stress Relief, Health and Enjoyment.

Proprietary Course Developed by Thomas Kwan

1) Sea-Gong provides most of the benefits described in the resource below.
Apart from these benefits, participants also learn to:

a) Overcome the fear of water especially beneficial for those who cannot swim.

b) Help to develop self confidence over one's own body abilities.

c) Help to overcome anxiety through awareness of wave patterns.

d) Learn how to float face down without the worry of wave splashes.

e) Experience total relaxation through total trust in nature.

f) Experience the energies of the sea passing through the body.

g) May be a vital information to save life if falling overboard without a life vest. (As most drowning is caused by exhaustion through treading water and drifting further away from land.

h) Etc.

2) Resource:
Here are some known benefits of going to the sea;

a) Studies have shown that sea-gazing was the most effective way to reduce stress levels - unless you are stranded on an island, ha, ha, ha.

b) Immersion in warm temperature water is also relaxing as it stimulates pain-reducing endorphins and reducing stress hormones.

c) Floatation replicates the benefits of eight hours of sleep as researched by Dr. John C. Lilly, a neurophysiologist. He also discovered that a weightless body freed the brain to stop computing how to move without falling, which is believed to accounts for over 90 per cent of neural activity.

d) After the initial temperature shock upon entering the sea water, the metabolic rate drops, which has an overall tranquillizing effect.

e) Different water temperature also helps to stimulate the release of mood-enhancing endorphins quicker than a workout.

f) Thalassotheraphy or sea-water cure resorts recommended by French doctors are known to enhance the healing effects of sea water, seaweed and marine algae. The procedure entails being wrapped in seaweed or in marine algae and then jetted with sea water.

g) In Japan, showering beneath a waterfall is known as "Utesayo" literally translated as "let it beat water". This form of meditation is done under the falling waters over the head and is known to calm the mind and other health benefits.

h) Surfing helps one to gain an intense connection with and respect for the tides, currents and forces of nature that puts worries into perspective.

i) Sea salt, seaweed, minerals and mud contain phyto-nutrients and ingredients like potassium, bromine and magnesium that calm the skin disorders.

j) Breath in the electronegative ions of the sea and be charged with the beneficial trace elements that revive and distress the body and emotions.

k) Water is the element associated with the sacral chakra which is the energy center around the kidneys thus helping to balance issues related to this energy center.

l) Our body is around 70 per cent water and to immerse in water seems to be a natural attraction.

m) Immersing into the sea also helps to tune our body vibration to that of earth's harmonics and gives us a sense of balance and centeredness.

n) The sea also stores the wide array of the sun's energies that is both lives giving and supporting in essence.
